Mission Project Overview: Substance use among adolescents represents a significant public health challenge, particularly when it begins at an early age. The “Dilemme” program, developed by a multidisciplinary team, aims to strengthen adolescents' psychosocial skills and decision-making abilities in the face of addictive behaviors through interactive and participatory activities. The program is delivered by health students as part of their public health service, targeting 8th-grade adolescents across three sites in France: Gironde, Loire, and Loire-Atlantique. This pilot project is focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the “Dilemme” program. The post-doctoral student will supervise the evaluation of program effectiveness, following a controlled experimental protocol with longitudinal follow-up. Key outcomes will include the impact of the program on substance use behaviors in adolescents, an assessment of how this experience influences health students' perspectives on prevention and health promotion, and an assessment of feasibility and acceptability of the program. The overarching goal is to investigate the results of the “Dilemme” program with the aim of scaling up the program in the future. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our research team and contribute to the scientific evaluation of the “Dilemme” program. The successful candidate will engage in the following tasks:

• Conduct the scientific evaluation of the project.
• Perform quantitative data analysis.
• Support the scientific leadership of the project by helping to implement tools, coordinating data collection efforts, and liaising with partners.

• Program Evaluation Experience : Experience in evaluating public health programs, especially addiction prevention,
• Knowledge of Addiction Prevention Programs : Familiarity with strategies for preventing addictive behaviors, particularly in adolescents in school settings.

• Write scientific papers based on the study results and contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Participate in scientific communication efforts by preparing and presenting research findings at national and international conferences.
