You will work in feature teams developing solutions that directly impact millions of people across Europe.Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.Your impactYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patientsDesign and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, Ruby on Rails, JVM ecosystem)Strong design and architecture skills: you contribute to technical decisions, not just implementationA track record of balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability under real constraintsComfortable with AI-assisted development workflows, and able to help your team raise their own proficiencyShare your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standardsIn BP, the scope is broad, and the topics are diverse.
