Embedded Systems Project Manager

After ten years and two fundraises, our flagship product MICROEJ VEE is seen as the tiny sibling software container of Android™ for edge devices. More than 200 million licenses are already sold to customers such as Fossil ( smartwatches ), Groupe SEB ( home appliances ), Zebra (printers), Landis+Gyr ( smart-meters ), Stago ( medical devices ), etc. Based in Nantes (France) and Boston MA (USA), our team of 70 people is driven by innovation and is focused on solving IoT challenges. Your mission an activities As part of our customer care team, you will be in regular contact with our multinational clients and our prestigious international partners. You will actively participate in R&D guidance and mentoring to the team and lead a team of developers. You will be responsible of: Specifying architectures and implementation Drafting of technical specifications in collaboration with the sales team Planning and execution, milestones, resource requirements Coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors Interact with our customers Testing and documenting Solving problems requiring a high level of expertise Find out what our engineers have already published: Requirements Experience in embedded systems: ARM Cortex (M and A-) architecture, RTOS Expert in C/C++ (Java is highly appreciated) Good interpersonal skills Good process and technology practices Project tracking (Jira, YouTrack…) Excellent organizational skills Technical Context Embedded electronic systems (MCU and MPU) Network and security ( REST, SSL, DTLS …) IoT protocols such as MQTT, COAP, AMQP … Application Store and Sandboxed Multi-App Environment Connectivity: Bluetooth, Zwave, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 5G Eclipse IDE Virtual software platform This job opening doesn't match your profile?
