Market Development Associate - Nantes

Nantes is one of the most exciting new chapters for Voi in France, and we're looking for a Market Development Associate to be right at the centre of it. This isn't a role where you'll be executing someone else's playbook; you'll help write it. From opening our local Voi House to building the partnerships that make micromobility work in a new city, you'll see the direct results of your work on the streets of Nantes.

You'll report to the Market Development Manager and work closely with Antoine and Cédric , alongside our operations teams, local partners, and public stakeholders.

What you'll actually be doing

Building the local network

• Identify, build, and manage a network of strategic partners across the Nantes area

• Negotiate high-impact institutional and B2B partnerships

• Spot new growth opportunities for the service and help bring them to life

• Open and animate our local Voi House, making it a genuine hub for partners and the community, including hosting standout local events

Being the face of Voi in Nantes

• Represent Voi at public and institutional events across the region

• Lead road safety and awareness initiatives, working alongside our field teams

• Listen to riders and local stakeholders, and turn that feedback into action

Reading the market

• Run on-the-ground audits and turn them into real recommendations

• Track usage, competitors, and local trends to shape our growth strategy

• Report on key performance indicators (fleet, service quality, rider satisfaction) to the Market Development Manager and Public Affairs

Digging into the data

• Run in-depth analyses to guide day-to-day performance

• Track and challenge the numbers that matter

• Design and follow through on local action plans

Owning the relationship with local authorities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with Nantes Métropole, member municipalities, and Semitan, with real autonomy

• Coordinate and deliver on the actions the city asks of us

• Prepare for and take part in discussions with local authorities, supporting the Market Development Manager

• Help make sure we deliver on our commitments to the city

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years' experience in local development, public/institutional relations, mobility, or a related field

• Comfortable negotiating, making decisions, and representing Voi independently with partners and local authorities

• Fluent French and professional English

• A driving license (Permis B) is a plus

• Knowledge of Nantes Métropole and its mobility players (Semitan/Naolib, cycling associations, local authorities) is a strong plus — but we're also happy to talk to great candidates from other territories who can ramp up fast

• Contract: Permanent (CDI), full-time
