Administrative & Logistics Coordinator

Duties:
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Dealing with correspondence and queries
- Arranging shipments and receiving deliveries
- Organizing trainings and medical exams
- Assisting in onboarding new employees and providing the relevant equipment to newcomers
- Managing IT equipment set-up, stock and orders
- Managing PPE and corporate merchandise stocks
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures and administrative systems
- Assisting with the day-to-day needs of the office
Candidate profile:
- Adaptability, proactivity and anticipation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Prioritization, time management and multitasking xgjwbzu
- Organizational skills and tech savvy
- Reliability and discretion: you will often handle confidential matters
- Fluent English - mandatory
- Fluent French - mandatory
- Italian - a plus
