• *Airbus Commercial Aircraft* * is looking for a * ME Business Methods Engineer * (f/m)* * to join our * CoC Manufacturing Engineering * based in ** Nantes, France.**

You will be part of a team developing digital Work Preparation processes, methods and tools for all Airbus plants. As part of theOMMD3 team, you will be involved in the harmonized ERP solution (ARP) for Manufacturing Engineering aiming at enabling industrial excellence and contributing to the Company's profitability. **Your working environment:** Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • *Your challenges:**
• Deploy and maintain efficient and integrated production solutions for Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lead project activities within the Agile Release Train (ART) following SAFe methodologies.
• Manage Business Acceptance Tests and drive feedback loops with end-users.
• Collaborate with transnational partners (Airbus Ops, ASA) to harmonize industrial methods.
• Monitor project financials (actuals, budget transfers) and ensure updated documentation.

This position requires frequents business travels.

• *Your boarding pass:**
• Degree in Engineering or Business with experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Methods.
• Strong knowledge of ARP / SAP ME transactions and Work Preparation processes.
• Proven experience in Agile Project Management (SAFe framework is a plus).
• Proficiency in Configuration Management principles and 3D/PLM landscape.
• Negotiation level in English is mandatory, french or german is a plus.
